Oso de Oro de Honor sera para el director polaco Andrzej
Wajda
El
actor Sir Ian McKellen ha recibido
el Oso de Oro honorífico del
Festival de Cine de Berlín. McKellen, Gandalf en la saga
de El señor de los anillos, o también
proganista de X-men entre otras, en total más de 69 películas,
que desveló que era gay en 1988, aprovecha el acto para
criticar la actitud de Hollywood contra las estrellas que son
homosexuales.

se llevan ex aequo el Gran Premio del Jurado. El Oso de plata
a la mejor dirección es para Michael

por The road to Guantanamo. El Oso
de Plata al mejor actor es para Moritz Bleibtreu
por Las partículas elementales,
